I recently worked on a project to create a “virtual appliance” for one of our customers.In that case it utilizes the virtualization technology of the hardware to virtualize guests. Mostly it is not used as emulator but as virtualizer in collaboration with KVM kernel components. Qemu is a machine emulator that can run operating systems and programs for one machine on a different machine. My questions are: 1) Why can't virt-install use the virtual disk image vm-fififi.img?
